Faucet in the room was loose and handle ready to fall off, same with shower handle. TV in the room only gets one channel. Towels smell like cigars. Wont stay here again

There was animal feces right outside our door. The panel that was in the wall for the toilet pie was off the wall the tub was dirty and the shower head was falling off the wall. There was dirt on the floor.

The rooms look ok but they are filthy. The toilet was used and not flushed. There has been black hair all over the bathroom as well. The tubs and shower are ao nasty and full of burn marks. You cant step in them without shower shoes. Housekeeping lady around 9am walking around and looks in the rooms i caught her tryin to walk in our room. She also removed my Personal wash clothes from room Came back to room after being gone most of day stuff was gone through not cool

You get what you pay for. This is an inexpensive hotel. The room was sparse but it was clean which is really all I care about. On the plus side, it had a very big HD TV and plenty of channels!

I definitely feel like the tub could’ve been cleaner, the bed was itchy and pillows were so uncomfortable plus the amount of noise coming from Queen Street was just ungodly I could not sleep.

Trust me, they are better place for the same price
The checcking is the only thing nice n smooth here but the cleanest is something you will want. Dusty floor, dusty walls you could even see a par of hands in the shower walls ( looks like someone was having fun over there ), stained sheets ( semen ), a strange smell at canabis every time you turn on the ligth on the bathroom ( the extractor ) and theblanket has burned spots like cigarette. The funny thing is that I stayed for 2 nights here and at the next morning I requested to clean the room and explained the why the only thing they did was change the sheets, not the blanket ( they hide it between the sheets so you can't see the spots ) n the room was smelling like clean but they didn't clean it. The new sheets were stained too, the floor still dusty and the hands on the wall of the shower STILLL THEERE!!!!! U can go and check room 125.

DIRTY
Extremely dirty!!! There was hair everywhere, all under the blanket and crumbs too. The bathroom had pet food sweeper in the corner. All the water spouts had water scaling. It was extremely disgusting. There was broken glass in the parking lot (as if someone’s car was broken into) extremely unsafe unsanitary conditions and the health department needs to investigate

The property is right off the highway in midst of strip malls. Despite the fact that only one person was allowed in vestibule and the motel employee was behind bullet proof glass I did not feel unsafe. The room was better expected and cleanliness was okay. The shower was not worth the risk. It was what I had expected being less that 1/3 cost of the surrounding hotels.
