      The rooms and lobby was all that we experienced and they were new and very clean. The decor was sort of new modern but there was no art on the walls. Seemed rather cold and sterile. We had three rooms together for a family gathering for a local memorial. Staff were very nice, yet seemed handcuffed by corporate policy. Upon check-in, we inquired about the pool and the desk clerk told us no pool, that this was the “prototype” of the new Courtyards. No hot tub either. We shrugged it off and got on the elevator and a sign said no more that six passengers. We ordered some take out and wanted to all eat it around some tables in the lobby as there are no tables in the rooms. The desk person interrupted and told us we couldn’t eat there unless it was food from the little bistro cafe located in the lobby. There was absolutely no one else in the lobby, but the Bistro was still open. One of our party said, this is the NO Hotel. Nice staff, but no amenities. No continental breakfast in the morning, just over-priced Bistro food. The mini-fridge in the room is a micro-fridge. Could not hold much of anything. Evidently, they want you to spend money at their Bistro. The NO hotel. Will we stay there again? Well, no.

      Fresh and so clean clean.

      The room was fresh and spotless. Service was impeccable. Beds are a were a lil hard.
