They should not advertise that they have a restaurant. They make sandwiches and have prepackaged breakfast items. Not exactly restaurant foods.

I specifically booked this hotel after I narrowed down my search by hotels offering breakfast included and was extremely disappointed to find out that breakfast is NOT INCLUDED. The hotel said they couldn’t do anything. Do better Hotels.com and update your listing.

There was nothing unique about the property. Combined with a breakfast area that was small and a poor selection of breakfast choices this was not a stay for a better rating.

Front desk staff did not know how to accommodate us because we arrived early for check-in. They could have had crew clean a room for us, but did not know how to do that. The breakfast lady was very rude and seemed like we were bothering her for a cup of coffee. No air conditioning in lobby, cafe area! What's up with that! Room was okay but we had ants in the bathroom! Notified front desk, he accually said "that is a maintenance problem". No kidding! Seemed completely uninterested. And, 6 cars were broken into on one of the evenings we were there, our car was thankfully okay. We have a Courtyard hotel in our town that is a place where our family stays when visiting us, and it is much better than this. I believe you have a management issue. We, nor any of our family will never stay at this hotel again. For as expensive a night our room was, very poor accommodations.

Sink was cracked with sharp edges. Dirt in corners of bathroom. Loud music at. midnight kept me awake. No free breakfast or coffee provided. I do not plan to stay at Marriott again.

Condition of Bathroom
I was disappointed with the condition of the bathroom. The ceiling had water damage and it looked like the paint was going to fall off at any time. Then we noticed ants on the bathroom floor. We kept our travel bags on the chairs in hopes that none would end up in our bags. I have stayed at this location numerous times in the past and was really caught off guard at what I saw. I did let the teller at the front desk know about the ants as I was leaving.

Has a interesting restaurant, majority of the food is microwaved. I sat at the bar for over a half an hour for service there was nobody there. I called to order, and nobody answered the phone. I had tomato soup, which was just spaghetti sauce in a cup. Very interesting service

The front desk person was amazing. I did not get her name but she was there when we checked in on Friday and out on Saturday. She was kind, helpful, and accommodating. She made our stay excellent.

We only live 40 minutes away but like to spend the evening so my husband can swim laps in the pool and we have dinner in Hartford. Property did not advertise on their website that their pool was closed and we even asked the front desk when we arrived what floor the pool was on. The gentleman told us and gave no indication there was a problem. We basically threw our money away.
