What a lovely hotel
We had an amazing time. Even in the light of these crazy times every member of staff were friendly welcoming and professional. We had one of the best meals ever and will definitely be back as soon as we get through this weird period of time. Thank you so much

No joking
Room was freezing cold. No real effort made to remedy this. No heating in bathroom. No glasses for water or remote controls for tv. A la Carte menu was not available in restaurant. Only given a reduced basic menu. Was given a £20 discount after complaining. This covered the on site parking lol. Just a joke.

On arrival bathroom smelt and in the night we were woken up by noise as our room only had single glazing and was facing main road they offered to move us so second night was much better Great location short walk into centre
