Horrible, they gave me a dirty room at first and the second room was still disgusting the bedding smelled bad and unclean. The tub was broke and gross gross dirty shower

We stayed in the pet friendly room around the back. One pillowcase was stained which management promptly corrected. Although other than that the linens and room were clean, there was a cigarette burn mark in the coverlet and I just think the property needs some work. That being said, I’m thrilled they take animals and the staff and management were wonderful. We will be staying there again in the summer.

This was a good hotel to use as a home base when going to an event at the Giant Center at Hershey Park. It was inexpensive, in a convenient location, and had soft, clean beds to crash in when getting back from the Giant Center.

The first room we were assigned had no heat. The second room was warm but there were plumbing issues that had not been addressed before - broken sink drain pipe was left in the room. Leaning against wall and when touched it spilled out. Toilet seat did not faiat toilet. We would not consider it a Continental Breakfast. No yogurt or fruit. Gallon Milk jug had frozen milk. We have pictures.

Very Nice Hotel
Very easy check-in. Room was clean. Air conditioner would not stay running and it kept getting hot in the room. Overall it was a good stay and i would stay here again

Room was older but very clean and comfortable I had a later appointment at Hershey medical center and didn’t feel like driving 2 hours home. Close to rt 81 and the price was right. Would not hesitate to stay there sgain

Property listed as accessible however other than bars in the bathtub there were no other accommadations.The toilet was quite high as was the side of the bathtub. There was only a partial roll of toilet paper in the room. The phone did not appear to be working even after checking the outlet as advised by the front desk the next morning. There was also no tissue paper provided in the room The bed was very comfortable

It could have been worse.
Carpet at the foot of the beds had multiple dirt spots that merits a shampoo. When showering, the water wouldn't go down. Called the front desk and housekeeping. No one could be reached. My daughter had to bathe in the tub with dirty water in the bottom. Also the sink water was going down real slow when my daughter was brushing her teeth. I did report these problems to the desk when I checked out. There were no cups either for the coffee maker. However the towels were surprisingly soft.
