They didn’t have the room we booked with two queen beds, we had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed. Everything felt grimy and dirty. We had to make our own beds.

It was within an outlet mall, with many places to shop and eat. Unfortunately we came for to celebrate my brothers 90th birthday so didn't do any shopping. I also liked the quietness inside t he motel,

We made a reservation and went to check in. The woman at the front desk was great. She handed us our room keys and told us about checking out time and breakfast. She was very kind and friendly. We went to our room and upon entering the bathroom we saw mold all over the walls. Needless to say we left and asked for a refund. The woman at the front desk was very apologetic.

Look like an old building well man tainted. The night lighting is Lee county Christmas. And then he parking is very good placed.

Horrible experience. Room was filled with bugs when we first got there, people above our room were constantly stomping around very loud. I called the front desk to complain and all they said was they couldn’t do anything until after 10pm. Chewed up gum was left on the bathroom floor and boogers were on the bathroom wall.

Overall a nice stay. Rooms were large and clean, a few things are undergoing needed renovation but nothing major. The only negative was cutbacks in breakfast - for example hot breakfast consisted of biscuits & gravy -- ugh. Another day was eggs, but no breakfast meat of any kind. We understood it's been that way since Choice hotels bought them & dictated the cutbacks.

I was charged 3 times for my room- once through Expedia and twice by the property. A property shouldn't work with a vendor like Expedia if they don't know how to handle the reservation.

A disappointment.
The furniture in the room was dated and there was a tear in the upholstery. In the bathroom, the toilet paper was not within reach when you needed it. For the money I spent to stay here I thought the breakfast was poor.

There were black cob webs all around the ceiling. The carpet was so dirty we couldn’t take our shoes off. The pool and hot tub were dirty. The air conditioner was not updated in our room and would not get cold.

I travel to Gettysburg numerous times a year and stay at this hotel every time. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.

Excellent location. Sheetz located across road for refueling, TGI Friday located in parking lot for dinner and the outlet mall for walking and shopping. Hotel is very nice.

When i checked in, they screwed up my debit card by over charging and reimbursing twice,so i could not use my debit card during my vacation.(thank goodness for cash).Lucky the last day as i was checked out(stayed 4 days) the manager fixed my card. The room I was in was clean but had only 2 towels, no toilet paper so we had to ask for them.(that means the room was never checked).The wall plugs were all loose that my charger fell out when i plugged it in. The hotel is a nice place to stay but they do need minor adjustments. The pool and spa pool were nice but could be warmer. Especially the spa pool. Do not deal with the lady named Cindy, she was very ignorant and made very uncalled for statements against me and my guest. She was reported about it. It is very convenient to the mall outlets, food and only 5 minutes from town.

Property was being painted and we were never advised until we arrived. The paint smell was strong. Curtains in the room did not close so outside lights shone in the room at night. At check in time no one advised that a $25 fee would be applied to the reservation. When I called about it I was told there was a sign on the front desk. It would have been nice if the person at check in mentioned and explained. When I called about the charge the front desk clerk hung up on me. The ice machine was broken. This breakfast was horrible. This hotel is overpriced.

Great staff, comfortable bed. We stayed in a suite and it was roomy and pleasant. I liked almost everything about this hotel, including the price. I just wish that there was an outdoor seating area that wasn’t near smokers.
