"Spacious, unique property in a beautiful location about 30 minutes from Knoxville. With large bedrooms and in suite baths in most rooms, two large common areas, two kitchens, and a game room, it was ideal for our large group. Communication with Avant was quick and responsive. For example, when we found the only ping pong ball in the game room was damaged, a friendly local courier arrived quickly to deliver a new pack of balls. He even gave us great tips on nearby local restaurants. Would be a great place to stay when you can hang out on the property, grill and maybe use the pool and hot tub and sauna. The only problem was the property only allows 3 cars to park there even though the grounds have lots of room for more cars."

"We loved our time at this beautiful property!!! Teresita was so responsive to any questions we had and it was so relaxing! We loved being able to go out on the kayaks, roast s’mores, and my husband got to feel like a kid again by playing Pac-Man!! The bed was so comfy and it was nice just to hang out at the property and grill our meals! I can’t say enough good things about this property! It’s beautiful and so relaxing!"
