I wish they had a afternoon rate; I just wanted to soak in a hot tub of water which they provided nicely. But I had to pay for the entire night.

Nice hotel walking distance from the railway station. Breakfast OK. WiFi decent. Bit of noise in the corridor from a loud mouthed tour group but hotel can't be blamed for inconsiderate people.

ハノイ出張はいつもここです。室内は清潔で快適です。フロントのスタッフも親切。朝食はブッフェですが、オムレツを作ってくれます。何よりフォーが市内のどこよりも美味しいと言って良いほど。空港へはホテル手配のクルマが定額でタクシーよりも安く快適で、ホテルのフロントでカード払いが出来るからお奨めです。向かいにはAEON系のミニスーパーがあり、和食レストランでホテルのカード鍵を見せると割引になります。

#### ハノイの旧市街を歩く観光に便利な立地、そしてスタッフも親切です。空港の送迎も安く手配してくれます。

2泊しましたが、旧市街を歩くにはとても便利な立地で、スタッフが親切です。女性スタッフは英語も上手で、出発の日は、朝早かったのですが、朝ごはんが食べられないからとお弁当を持たせてくれました。このあたりはカジュアルでいいホテルがたくさんありますが、ここもおススメです。

#### Great location, staff were excellent, 👍

Nice comfortable clean hotel, very centrally located. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always polite and ready to help. They let me store my luggage there for a week while I did some hiking trips 😊. I had a birthday while staying there and came back to my room to find a birthday cake and birthday wishes from the staff. I didn’t mention my birthday they must have noticed the date when they took a copy of my passport, very nice touch I thought. Overall I liked this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Nice hotel, very convenient to Old Quater, French quater etc, staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean,spacious, and comfortable. No complaints 😊😊

#### Fine hotel in a good location 

Clean hotel which is well situated. A lack of insulation to the hallway and between rooms meant there was a lot of noise from the neighbours when they woke up at 6am. Breakfast was mediocre.

#### 気が利いた対応に感謝

チェックアウト後に急遽宿泊する必要があって外出先から予約したのですが、当日のためか、空きが無く、ツインルームしか予約できませんでした。しかし、チェックイン時に昨日と同じツインルームに変更してくれました。気が利いた対応に感謝しています。

#### 買い物、ネイル、マッサージ、レストランが全て近くにあり、ハイパーチュンでのビジネスに超便利なホテル。

ホテルのスタッフの気遣いがとてもよく、お部屋はとても清潔で過ごしやすい。その割にお値段が安いと感じます。テレビのチャンネルもNHKだけでなく何局か写るのが嬉しいです。

少し古いホテルでしたが、スタッフの方が親切で困っていることがないか話しかけてくれたり、いろいろ親切に対応していただきました。朝食のフォーが美味しかったです。ありがとうございました。

#### 隔音很差 zero soundproof

隔音太差了，完全沒隔音, 服務人員友差。Zero soundproof, there is no insulation between room, you can hear EVERYTHING from everywhere, otherwise is good, and staff are really polite and friendly.
