Perfect nase for exploring Hanoi. Desk arranged a full day tour (can be split into morning 1st day and afternoon next day) whoch was great. Staff are lovely, rooms are small, very clean. The staff was fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The facility was nice and clean. My only complaint is the air conditioning is weak and does not cool the room to my expectations. Their smiles and laughs were quite infectious. The breakfast was outstanding. The two cooks provided delicious choices of local and western dishes. However, the roof bar is not open so we could not use that. There was never a mention of a Spa and we could not see one other than the ones on the street. It is also not on google maps for some reason so we did get lost trying to find it on the way home on our first night.
