Property is older and a little dingy. The heating and cooling system was loud. If you are on the second floor your only option is to climb stairs on the outside of the building. The room was fairly clean, but the mat in the tub could be a fall hazard as it makes you slip. The shower head was old and needed to possibly be changed. Over all for price I am not sure I would choose this motel again.

"We love staying at the Hancock when we’re visiting Findlay. Great Hotel, great location downtown. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the added bonus of chocolate covered pretzels on the bed at check in. We will stay here again and again. We love walking downtown and it’s very safe."
