"Great place with responsive host! It was a short distance from Acadia and we loved going into Bar Harbor for dinner and shopping. We would definitely rent again!"

"It’s name says it all. A perfectly sized, literal “bed room” in the middle of the woods. The fire pit had wood all ready for me to use. If you were to come in the winter, the tiny home has a wood stove to use as well."

"Cute, whimsical, family friendly. Welcoming staff was a big plus for all of us. Good location- not in the hustle bustle of Bar Harbor yet still close to ice cream, mini golf and barbecue."

"The cabin was well stocked and worked perfectly for my group of friends. We even used the grill on the property on the first night and were able to cook a lovely dinner & picnic outside. The staff was lovely and offered great recommendations for hikes and restaurants. Overall I would book again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"Overall a great stay, cabin was cozy and comfortable, with great convenience to all the local attractions. Staff were helpful and very accommodating to our questions and needs. Disappointed that pool was out of service without any prior notice, but otherwise good!"

"The Seasider was a lovely place to stay. It was conveniently located to downtown. Both the bedroom and bathroom was a decent size for three people to love around. I would recommend staying at this motel."
"We liked the fact that the inn was relatively close to downtown Bar Harbor. We could hop on the free shuttle that picks up guests from a series of hotels and inns. It runs every 20 to 25 minutes and ends up by the Bar Harbor Green. Trying to park in Bar Harbor is way too challenging and expensive. The inn is close to a very busy street, which can be noisy. Breakfast is OK. A wider variety of fruit would be appreciated. Not sure why kiwis were offered. You can’t peel them or cut them with a plastic knife. The big new shower was a plus. The door to the room needs work. It can only be closed by slamming it, which is way too noisy."
"This was a great experience for the kids and we loved staying in the camp-like atmosphere. A few things on the maintenance side: the open air shower did not work well with the wooden floors and it was obvious that ours had a leak problem around the seams they had tried to fix repeatedly. There were ants on all of the chairs around the campfire. And their was dust attaching to the canvas ceiling from the ceiling fan. That said our kids loved the place and being young they were more excided about terramor than actual acadia. They loved the heated pool, the breakfast, and the free smores. It was a great family atmosphere."
"The hotel is wonderfully located and the view is incredible Although dated, the rooms are spacious and clean Good coffee and other amenities The WiFi was not good and no solution was offered Other than that, I recommend the hotel as an authentic op bar harbor experience"
"The beds were comfortable and the 3 large window opened to a gorgeous view, and a small balcony. However the windows (I think just in our room) did not have drapes (although there was hardware in place) instead it had cheap plastic mini blinds which did not keep out any light. The shower had no water pressure and the tiny mini fridge froze our things. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub/sauna at the adjacent Bluenose Inn as well as the nightly pianist. We ate breakfast daily at the Looking Glass while enjoying the incredible view...have I mentioned the view, it was amazing."
"clean and beds were comfortable, it was very close to boothbay Harbor which was great... no elevator which was hard, but we managed.... one of the girls on her early morning walk got flowers from a worker...sweet"
"No breakfast and the neighboring restaurant did not open until 8 which is not helpful to early hikers. Beautiful area, a bit noisy being on the bottom floor with movement above us. May just be an older building but the walls were thin in my opinion."
