"The place met our needs for sleeping/showers etc. Kitchen well equipped if you came to cook. Was disappointed there was no fire pit (does offer chiminea). Furniture is not very comfortable for TV watching. Also when looking at the photos it appeared the water was closer than a mile or so away. Also was not expecting to have to take the trash to the road, strip beds, start laundry or make sure everything was wiped down. What was my cleaning fee for? Great staff!
"If I can give this place more than five stars overall, I would. A simple but cozy place inundated in nostalgia, the staff were extremely friendly. After we checked out, we received a phone call from them saying we forgot some of our belongings, and they mailed it to us! If that isn’t top-notch service, I don’t know what is. I’ll definitely stay with them again."
