Upon arrival, we discovered the house was \*\*unlocked\*\* because the previous guest took the key, leaving us without secure access for our entire stay. Additionally, there were \*\*no towels or washcloths\*\* provided, which was extremely inconvenient. The listing also mentioned an \*\*ice maker\*\*, but it was either missing or non-functional.
