### Beautiful Hamptons House

Situated on over half an acre, this recently renovated, impeccably maintained, and truly lovely family home in Hampton Bays is just minutes from the bay and a few miles from the ocean. Surrounded by woods, the peacefulness and privacy of this home will immediately put you in vacation mode. The home features a heated pool with stone patio, outdoor door fireplace, large yard for games and more. Bring the extended family- with sleeping for 10+ there is room for everyone!  
  
As you walk through the front door into the foyer, you see the beautiful open plan kitchen with an island wonderful for social cooking and entertaining, the open plan living area has a cozy fireplace next to a dining table making eating inside with a roaring fire a lovely occasion. The space opens with sliders onto the patio and 16 x 32 saltwater pool, surrounded by 9 foot wide patio with furniture, perfect for the summer days, having family and friends over for all to enjoy.  
  
The main floor compasses an open living space with a kitchen and island, fireplace surrounded by comfortable sofas and seating. There are 4 huge bedrooms including an en-suite with a clawfoot soaking tub, another bathroom, a powder room and laundry room.  
The lower level (basement) is finished, totals 900 square feet has two bed rooms, a living room, bathroom, kitchen. The space is perfect if you have a large family, have guests stay, or your group includes multiple families, as they can have their own amenities if needed.
