"Room was very clean. The staff were very pleasant from front desk to housekeeping. My stay was quiet no loud noise or smoke of any kind. Parking was easy due to private garage and the lobby doors lock at dusk. Walking distance to boardwalk and a great pizza shop up the street. Very close to the outlets as well. I will be back to enjoy the pool."

"This hotel was a major disappointment. My frustrations began two days before arrival when I called to confirm the indoor pool hours because hotels.com said "daily 9-5" while the trop site said "thurs - sun 9-5" . Turns out the indoor pool was closed and tjey do not know when itll be open "maybe Friday". This was a dealbreaker for a toddler’s spring break trip, yet the hotel failed to update their information. Once on-site, the security presence felt misplaced; they were quick to stop us for simply walking with toddler in a stroller to reach the only working elevator, but they were nowhere to be found when it came to managing the rest of the property. ​The environment was largely uncontrolled and chaotic. Late at night, unsupervised children were climbing railings and outside of the staircase, playing on escalators, climbing on the fountains and running through hallways knocking on doors until 2:00 AM. The lack of maintenance was equally concerning, with smoking occurring well outside of designated areas and elevators left in a filthy state, filled with trash, spilled drinks, and empty alcohol bottles. We even witnessed people sleeping at restaurant tables in the common areas. To make matters worse, the amenities were unreliable, as one arcade was closed during posted hours while the other was filled with broken machines. I would not recommend this property to families anymore. We were here less than a year ago and it went downhill fast. "
