Got this room because I needed a quick nap. There was hair on the floor, stains on the sheets and towels. The staff was friendly, but I can tell she was new and didn’t have help or guidance. Was definitely expecting better for the price I paid.

During our stay we experienced severe thunderstorms and tornadoes. The power went out. The staff were fantastic in keeping things as comfortable as possible. It was a scary situation but I felt safe. The room was comfortable and considering the circumstances breakfast was good too.

Checked in the key card didn't work. Had to go back to get another and opened the door and the room was not cleaned up from the night before. Had to go back down and get another room. By then I was not in a very good mood.

The hotel had easy access off the interstate, but was also nicely situated that you didn’t feel it was that close - or noisy. The rooms were very nice, the continental breakfast was decent. My only issue (not just with this hotel) is that the front office won’t match an online price. You have to sit there, log onto a computer, go to the booking website, book the hotel and then wait for the reservation to show up on the hotels system. WHY?

The lobby and breakfast area had a nice feel and were nicely decorated for the holidays. Staff were very friendly and helpful - seemed like good people working there. Fitness room and equipment were pretty tired.

The lady that checked me was fantastic. She made sure I had a room near an exit and grass for my service dog. She was friendly and compassionate when I was exhausted from driving all day. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!

I chose the least expensive room option and could tell it hadn’t been remodeled as recent as other more expensive options so knew what to expect. So, I got what I paid for. It was a decent/clean room so can’t say anything bad for my choice. Breakfast was fair. Disappointed there was no gravy for biscuits (reviews from others indicated they do provide gravy on occasion). Overall, good motel for people like myself that just want a decent place at an affordable price.

Absolutely loved my experience here! Nothing to complain about. Front desk lady was very nice. Hotel was clean and bug free. Will definitely book here anytime I need a hotel in this area.

Bulbs burned out in room, bugs on floor, VERY limited breakfast (No Hot Food). Employees were courteous, but some operational requirements were un-welcomed and onerous. Would not stay there again.

Grimy and poorly run. What hotel cancels breakfas
This hotel was a disappointment. The beds were ok, but that us about it. I had to have them check me through 3 rooms before one was somewhat acceptable. The first one smelled like mold. The second one of heavy smoke. The one we stayed in smelled kind of bad was bearable. The floor, lamps, walls were all damp and wet. The cleanliness was ok. When we got up in the morning there was a smell of skunk in hallway and lobby. Breakfast had been canceled and all the staff had left except a maid. The police had shown up to "run" the front desk so the place didn't turn to chaos. I saw most of the hotel guests at the Circle K buying the breakfast they couldn't get at the hotel. This hotel is grimy and run poorly. We would have had a better stay at a motel 6. Don't book here if you don't have to.
