"Clean, dpavious"

"Condo was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the king bed and amenities. Having a washer/dryer available was nice. We also enjoyed having a real outside patio, last unit we stayed in did not have balcony patio. Restaurants so close is also very nice. Building does have a bit if a funky smell but unit did not. Parking was also a little but of a drag as we thought we had a garage space but another vehicle was parked there for the entirety of our stay. They said they were told to park in spot 78 as were we. "

"We had a great stay overall. The space was very spacious and extremely clean, which we really appreciated. While some of the furniture—especially in the living room—felt a bit outdated (the curtains weren’t my favorite), the kitchen and bathroom looked recently remodeled, which was a huge plus. Having updated, modern kitchen and bathroom areas definitely made up for the older furniture. The front desk staff truly stood out. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. They took the time to explain the resort options clearly and were very accommodating with our late check-in request, which made the experience stress-free. It’s pet friendly and not crazy pet fee as seen in other places. Very fair price. Overall, this was a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend! "

"This property is very unique and has something for everyone. It has five spacious bedrooms (three upstairs and two downstairs). All were nicely furnished. It offers four full bathrooms (three upstairs and one downstairs). Our group of seven had plenty of room and there was plenty to do. We had family and friends visit us during the day. There is ample parking for families that have multiple vehicles like we do.We absolutely loved the outdoor spaces this property offered. There is a covered area that has an outdoor kitchen with a wrap around bar. There was also an outdoor couch, a full size table, a big screen tv with plenty of lighting for the evening under the covered outdoor area. The pool area overlooked the pond with a fountain. Around the property there were trees including lime and avocado trees.The weather was beautiful 84-85 degrees with a nice breeze to enjoy the outdoors. The one minute walk to the water is accurate, however there is a very small opening through the bushes to get there. The area was experiencing a king tide which is a very high tide so we never could see any type of beach area. There is a short drive to the beach. You can park at Varn Park and walk on the beach. My husband and I drove to Matanzas Inlet one day. About a 15 minute drive. You can park there and walk to the intercoastal and aroumd to the beach. A great place to spend a couple of hours or a full day. Perfect for kids, families, and dogs. There is lots to explore. "

"This house is great for large families (we had 9)! There is plenty of room and space for everyone. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working when we arrived, along with the upstairs AC. After calling property management, they sent someone the next day and lied, saying, "no one was in the house when they stopped by." 4 days later, the hot tub was fixed. The bunk bed room is the coldest room downstairs while the bright blue King bed room is the hottest (even with the ceiling fan on). The house is staged and not actually functional, the lamps on the night stand are just for decoration there are no outlets for them to plug into. In addition to the functionality, the "extra room" with the pull-out couch has no privacy and the person gets woken up with the sun in their eyes due to the balcony windows. There is a GOOD 10-15 minute walk to the beach access. To get there, you will walk through the adult-only pool using an elevator (if you have a cart) and then walk down the stairs to the sand. There is construction happening DIRECTLY next-door so be ready for noise, along with blocking of the driveway. Make sure to ask for a discount, as the listing says because it is not worth the hassle. "
