"I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We originally booked a different house. It was nightmare from the start. I called David and he was able to accommodate our family of 10 at the last minute. He went above and beyond. The house was beautiful!! The interior design made us feel like we were in Paris. We had a ton of space and even with our private pool we had access to two more beautiful pools including one that was ocean front. The house was also equipped with beach chairs that we were able to use. We loved it so much that we are coming back in Dec. If your family is like ours and you value a high end experience with a great price….this is your house."

"Awesome facility. This was the first time bringing my kids. I came to the resort a couple times when I was kids, when it was basiclly brand new and have been wanting to bring my kids back for a while. Condo was large. Kitchen had everything you would expect. Negatives, master bedroom was really hot. I just think it was at the end of the hvac run because the rest of the unit was fine but I ended up sleeping with a single sheet and still was sweeting when I woke up. The ceiling fan is basically broken, I think it only has one speed all the pulls where it should be running end up with the same speed. So all in all just a hot room. Slide being down was a bummer but the inflatables was a nice meditation for that on the last day. The TVs through the entire unit were really difficult to get to work and the queen bedrooms tv just didn’t work at any point. I don’t think it had a remote. Small issues but a couple random things were broken (obviously before we got there). One of the dinning room chairs (wicker) has a hole in the seat part, and a delaminating end table in the living room. All in all the kids had an awesome time. The adults had a great time. We will be back at some point!"

"Very spacious house, with plenty of room for 2 families totaling 9 people. Easy access to beach and pool house, with the comfort of a pool/hot tub on property as well. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked, but would have liked kitchen towels, some napkins, and plastic glasses to use outside at pool. Brought a 9 pound maltipoo who was able to slip through fence slats in back, so be prepared to bring a leash to tie up if you have a little pet who shouldn’t escape. Otherwise everything great-communication with rental agency was efficient and friendly, and easy check-in and check-out. Location close to a grocery store and good restaurants. Would definitely stay again!"

"This home is beautiful and spacious, with room for our family of 7 to both spread out and find quiet places to read and relax and gather together for meals around the table and play games and watch tv from the huge sectional in the great room. Sitting areas on both the back patio and front porch allowed for comfortable seating in the sun or the shade, whichever preferred. The house is full of natural light, well appointed and creatively designed and decorated. The private pool and the availability of bikes were a much appreciated bonus. The neighborhood and the beach are scenic and serene. Everything is set for building memories with family &/or friends."

"What a great place! Just perfect for us. The house was well stocked: kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc for our large party. The extra kitchen area and additional full size refrigerator was great for beverages and keep main kitchen frig free for food. Plenty of parking space because of access to the garages (our family was coming from several different states.) Plenty of beach towels. Ample toiletries and such for our stay. The response time from the house manager was exceptional. Never waited more than 5 minutes for a response to any questions, and usually the response was within about 2 minutes. Would definitely stay here again."
