The hotel is very modern the room I had was spacious and airy. I was on the third floor but I could still hear street noise. Breakfast very good. Hotel in a good location for sight seeing, I went to a concert really convenient.

The SPA. With the price we paid SPA should be free. We pay £170 a night in the room then we pay SPA 20£ each. I think it’s to pricey. To go a leisure Center near by we only pay 2£ each.

Positives: Great service. Decent size room. Accessible room had sofa bed for children. Complimentary water and magazines in room. Great food and hot drinks. Valet parking. Quality toiletries. Negatives: Accessible room did not have a walk-in/roll-in shower (it had a bath which means some disabled residents will be unable to shower). Toilet in accessible room was a bit too low.
