To begin with, the hotel needs to realize that we are not in 1980's anymore. Everything was so old and deteriorated. The beach had no chaise long seats enough and it was far away from the good spots. the beach towels had to be reserved for a deposit amount which was silly. The AC in the room was not functioning even though we called the reception 3 times and no one showed up to fix it and we had to spend the night in an unpleasant way. For sure we are not coming back and certainly wont be recommending the hotel to anyone. It's sad really.

Lovely hotel, I'll come back.
I stayed in the hotel with my family with two nights. This was not my first stay in this property. I liked it the first time and decided to come back. It was as enjoyable as the last time except that the restaurant was very crowded. No blame because this was a school holidays week. Food is good an various. We didn't like that we were refused to take breakfast in the terrasse as it was entirely reserved for trainees.

I enjoyed the cleanliness and attention to detail by several employees. However I do think it may be a good idea to move the towel rack to a place so that it does not get soaked every time you turn on the shower. The staff were also able to help me with my requests and I deeply appreciate that!

An excellent hotel except for one issue!
I have had a six night stay with my family. We have all enjoyed our stay. The Staff were very helpful, particularly at the Hotel reception (Will mention Al Asmer in particular) and at the Restaurant. Our only disappointment with the hotel was the unfair and discriminating rule of not allowing ladies wearing Islamic swimming suites from using the swimming pool. My wife and my two daughter were deprived from the enjoying the pool throughout our hotel stay. As a senior doctor, I find the use of hygiene as an excuse is unfounded. In fact, the risk of transmission of some diseases like skin conditions is higher with larger parts of skin being exposed to the water of the pool!. Moreover, I find this a major discriminating act against Muslims in a Muslim country!

Lots of grass which helps keep everything cooler. European elegance from wait staff. Everything close by. Most staff speak English French and German. Japanese restaurant was quite good. Inside is non smoking but outside is smoking. Excellent views of Mediterranean with gentle soothing breezes. Close by to downtown Hammamet. Lots of excellent tours from hotels to see rich history.

The superb Le Sultan
We love this hotel which should be 5*. Staff are perfect, food is super and the prices are low. It’s as good as that. Lots of activities for adults and kids alike. Horse riding tennis boules swimming (inside and out). Didn’t pay for any of it. We don’t have any complaints except I put on weight. There isn’t Bbc tv, but you will never have the time to turn it on!

Really enjoyed my stay at Sentido, the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were amazing. Went to the spa for a massage three times as the prices were really good. There is not much around, so would recommend half board. But very easy to get around and Taxis are very cheap. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic. Definitely recommend. Would have liked for reception to actually explain how everything works and where everything is. Had to ask reception how to log on to the wifi and how to call them from the room, normally they should tell you this at check-in. The hotel organised trips as well I would definitely recommend the camel riding.

Right on the beach! Lovely resort hotel with excellent selection of choices for dinner. Very clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Room service available. Lovely looking outdoor pool (just 1) but is not heated so too cold to swim in January and February! Spa with a good selection of services but some walls in the spa are peeling which is of course off putting. Very thoughtful staff. Granted me a late checkout and answered my questions and helped me to embark on memorable tours. Special shout out to Lasmar and Mounir. WiFi available in rooms but patchy. Good return trip to the area. I was pleasantly surprised to have an electric water kettle, tea, and coffee in the room. I would have brought a pour over kit and my own coffee, if I'd known. Breakfast was amazing. I especially loved the 115v outlet for shavers on the dryer. It works for charging 110v devices directly. Great toiletries. No complaints.

Nice place with bad beach
The overall impression of the hotel - it's nice. Personnel is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are big and clean. WiFi could have been better, especially in the evenings. What really upsets is the condition of the beach. It not that big but even that small beach was very dirty with trash all over the place.

A very nice clean beach hotel with amazing stuff. It's one of those places you want to come back. Perfect for families or group of friends. Entertainment every single night in the hotel. You can choose to do plenty of activities during the day. Great food, buffet breakfast and dinner were amazing with a lot of different things to try and choose. Stuff very helpful and always present. I'd definitively recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to rest and chill enjoying their all inclusive holiday with great view of the sea

Another great stay!
This is our 2nd time staying here and we returned because we like the location, service, and cleanliness. There are tjings to do on-site (pool table, mini putt, archery, etc... So that's nice. It's right on the beach! Its in a quiet little corner and the service has always been great! Friendly check-in, gave us a late checkout. Housekeeping does a good job! Room always clean when we arrive and even when we have our DND on the door, if housekeeping sees us in the hallway they'll always ask if we want to at least change towels and get more coffee or toilet paper. These little things make all the difference! We will be back!
