arrived and only had one of two rooms booked, found second reservation and blamed it on expedia. Rooms ended up being at opposite ends of the hotel. Desk clerk had several problems trying to get credit card machine to work. Rooms were not nice, curtains barely hanging up, holes in curtains. One room with hole in bathroom door and toilet not working properly. Refrigerator not in one room. Parking lot sketchy

The air unit in the room. The filter was filthy. I had to call the front desk lady about it. She was very nice and helpfull. The fan in the bathroom was also very noisy.

When you walk into the room, there is a stink, and you can’t get rid of that smell. The fridge was not working. The ice machine was not working. There is mored all over the sink.

The staff tried very hard to be helpful, but that didn't make up for the fact that our room was filthy dirty. I wish I could add the pictures that I took of the room. First off (and the worst thing) the bed my husband slept in had blood stains all over the side of the mattress. We didn't notice them until the first morning. Down on the floor it had a strong disinfectant smell, so either they tried to clean up blood on the carpet or vomit. The hair dryer's cord and the phone on the nightstand were caked in dirt, as was the register to control the temperature in the room. The caulking around the tub was filthy and the ceiling paint was all peeling away. There was a hole in the wall above the window and marks all over the walls. No Kleenex, no glasses, a sink but no tea towels. We booked through Expedia for two nights but we just checked out after one night as we couldn't stay in that filth any longer. The blood on the mattress put it over the top for us. We asked to cancel the second night the day before but they told us that because we booked through expedia we were locked in and couldn't get a refund. This was our first time using expedia and we won't be using them again for this reason. My wife suffers from migraines and the smell in the room made her physically sick. We had to forfeit the money for the second night and come home. On a positive note the young man at the front desk when we arrived helped us carry our luggage upstairs as there is no elevator.

As a location just for sleeping it was ok. However the blankets on the bed were thin, we had to ask for extra. The microwave was dirty the first day we tried to use it. Had to ask for it to be cleaned. The tv remote did not pair properly with the tv so had to get up to change channels. The wifi was spotty and made it difficult to watch a streaming show on the laptop or tv. Basic computer work was fine. Breakfast was only coffee, mini muffins and hot cereal in packets. Fortunately there was a Tim Hortons 5 mins down the road. As an overnight stay it was fine, just don't expect much to do if you stay in the room for extended time during the day.

Worst stay ever! The front desk staff upon arrival didn’t greet us at all, she was more focused on putting batteries in her mouse, no hello or welcome or even a smile. The continental breakfast was 3 things: an apple, a granola bar and a bag of oatmeal that I would have had to prepare! No gluten free options, no where to sit to eat, and the room was filthy and very run down. It looked like there was either coffee spilled or diarrhea on the mattress, the bathroom was not fully stocked and the taps kept dripping. It gets worse! From 4am until 8am there was so much noise that I couldn’t sleep. What’s the point of renting a hotel to sleep if the noise level is a high that guests can’t sleep?! We had no where else we could stay so we had no choice but to stay 2 nights. When I complained to the front desk manager, she had the nerve to ask me to tell the first front desk clerk what she did wrong! Nope! That’s her job as management. They gave me a very small discount for all that was wrong, I should not have had to pay anything with how terrible this place was. Even the parking lot was so run down you couldn’t drive more than 10km/hr or a massive pot hole would ruin your car! STAY AWAY!!!

Hotel is old and run down. My room had visible damage on the walls, countertops and the ceiling. Furniture was old, couch was torn, upholstery rubbed off completely in areas. Towels were yellowed. Mattress had visible stains on the box spring, sheets and pillowcases also had yellowing. Room fridge had visible mould and had a bad odour. One small bar of hand soap provided for use in the sink and shower. Unpleasant odour in the room as well. Just generally a very worn out and shoddy environment.

The rooms weren’t very clean, no plug for the tub, the microwave was broken, there was no upholstery left on the couch, 1 flat pillow each, barely warm water for bathing, not enough blankets, no heat in the hallways and a totally pitiful breakfast. This place shouldn’t be open.

Always love staying here and they allow pets which is fantastic so when we’re in town I can travel with my 2 dogs and do not have to worry about them the hotel is fantastic and the rooms are very big love this place

The place was at the very most a 2 star. Room was cold and no spare blankets. The hall carpets and paint were badly in need of replacing. The room was the same. The "breakfast" consisted of terrible coffee. tiny muffins, hard granola bars and packages of oatmeal, No hot water for them or tea. According to those trying the coffee the milk tasted sour. This was for $165 for 4 of us in the same room.

Check-in was friendly and efficient. Room had a toilet that the water had been turn off on. Upon opening the valve myself and filling the tank, test revealed that toilet was plugged and would not flush. I had to ask for another room. After moving to my new room upstairs found that there were no bath towels, so had to make the trip back to lobby for those. Really annoying after a great night out to be moving rooms and dealing with room deficiencies at 1:30am. Staff were all courteous and accomodating.

A nightmare
We were there on new years eve to get a flight in am. The noise was terrible above us and next to us. We got no sleep.The heating system is very old.No temperature control.It was either to warm or we turned the heat off and then it was too cold. We were told that breakfast was at 4 am but the door to eating area was locked. Due to a person problem in the lobby the attendant at the desk disappeared and was not even available by phone. We couldn't check out so left our room entrance cards at the desk. We got no sleep,no breakfast and no am service!

Really old run down motel type place. Except when i checked in, there was never any staff at the desk. The room was very dirty. I was jervous to even sleep in the bed. I checked for bed bugs, found more pieces of old food and garbage around and under the bed. Soend the extra money to stay somewhere else, this place is awful. Not worth the money at all.
