Welcome to the "Holly Jolly Historic Home” – Where It's Always Christmas! The fully equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen is ideal for whipping up festive feasts—or reheating takeout from the delightful downtown eateries just steps away. Each of the four bedrooms is a cozy retreat with it’s own Christmas theme, perfect for dreaming of sugar plums or simply sleeping in after exploring all the local hotspots. Living Spaces: The living room and dining room are decked out with trees that stay up all year long (it’s a Christmas miracle!). Don’t worry, we’ve skipped the singing animatronics—you’re welcome. Instead, you’ll find a cozy atmosphere with plush seating and just enough holiday flair to keep things magical. With spacious front and side porches there is lots of space to enjoy the outdoors. All areas except for unfinished basement We like to give our guests their space and privacy during their stay but we are just a call or text away should they need us. BECAUSE WE LOVE OUR GUESTS AND NEIGHBORS, WE WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE A GREAT TIME. THESE RULES ARE FOR THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF ALL OUR GUESTS. 1) No smoking of ANY kind allowed inside the property, out of windows or close by the entrances. Penalty $250 FEE, asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be issued. 2) Only ONE pet is allowed at the property. $90 Pet fee and $250 refundable deposit required. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Pet poop must be cleaned up. 3) No parties or events allowed. Please note there is an exterior camera recording sound and movement. Quiet time outside on weekdays / weeknights is 9pm-9am and on weekends 10pm-10am. 4) Arrival & departure Check in time is any time after 4pm and check out is anytime prior to 10am. 5) No eating allowed in the bedrooms. 6) No parking or driving on the grass 7) Please remove shoes when inside the home (Unless there is a health issue that prevents this) 8) Be transparent. We ask that you provide the names of all guests that will be staying at the home as part of reservation. Should there be any changes to this list please advise as soon as they are known. We can add additional people to the reservation prior to check in at a rate of $15 pp per night. >>STRICT RULE you are not to have more people in the home than indicated on your reservation. >>We do not allow extra people beyond the people listed on the reservation. If we find that you have broken this rule you will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds issued and or charged a fine of $55 per person per night. This rule is nonnegotiable. This was a great find for us traveling up for a basketball tournament. I don’t think I ever communicated with the owner, but the property manager was responsive. The holiday decor was fun as was the teen boys’ reaction to it. As an older home most of the doors stick and the floors are not all level though this didn’t bother us. All of the bedrooms are up steep steps which might be difficult for some. Would certainly stay here again if in town. ##### J O.
