Hotel is tired an run down

We arrived to fairly friendly staff however the room was tired and underwhelming and i became sick after eating scallops which we had already sent back to be cooked further. Very disappointing

Convenient location

Very friendly staff on reception on arrival. Large in room Continental breakfast. Hotel needs refurbishment, but the rooms were tidy and the linen clean.

Efficient reception staff. Rooms more tired than photos on websites but clean and comfortable. For the price I would definitely stay here again. Even though the hotel is next to the airport I didn’t notice any undue noise. Slept like a baby!

nice comfortable stay

Pros: pool friendly staff cosy bed powerful water pressure
Cons: room 29 the floor is wet as. where the bath is it wet on the carpet everyday it gets worse. theres cracks in the walls also, please look into this plz

warm and inviting cosy beds powerful water pressure for showers and spa bath alcohol and snacks were good Restaurant is average staff were helpful great swimming pool

Great Hotel and Pool

Pros: The pool.
Had a great stay, my mother was at a conference at the hotel for the weekend, so my kids and I came down to keep my dad company. We spent a lot of time by the pool which was awesome, so clean and inviting. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Over night stay

Only great thing is location to airport. The hotel is only average and not great value for $125. Enter door has bad trip hazzard and shower leaks on the floor. Bed was ok and the fridge barely cooled our water overnight. Only recommend for airport convenience and rental car return.

Hotel away from busy city

Location was what we wanted away from city but disappointed with room condition and look of complex desperately in need of maintenance
