The unit had multiple issues upon arrival—several things were broken or not working, including a leaking spa that made using it impossible. Instead of taking responsibility, they charged us for damages that were clearly there when we checked in. To make things worse, we were woken up early in the morning without any prior notice because a repair team suddenly showed up. There was no communication, no apology—just total disregard for our comfort. This was far from a relaxing or professional stay. I do not recommend booking with them.
