The house itself is neat and clean. There is also a well equipped kitchen. We were traveling in a group of six and we like to cook so it is perfect for us. The location is great. This apartment is near new with a lovely decor, extremely well equipped kitchen, (easy to use coffee machine), good heating, comfortable and warm bedding was a delight for my family. Close to town, near a supermarket and handy for families visiting the Waikato Hospital or University. An online electronic entry code was easy for us to use, but might prove trickier for oldies. Does have stairs so worth noting if you have mobility problems. Hosts are lovely to deal with. Park across road, although it was rainy.
