My friends and I had a great experience staying on this hotel. We did not expect a great room for such a good price. The room is spacious, stylish and clean with a good room service. Excellent customer service provided by the front staff. Thanks for that! I recommend this hotel.

Cons: The water pressure is very low. It took a long time for the water to get hot in the bathroom.

great place to stay

Pros: Good location for us, not too far from the airport, friendly staff in all areas and good food at the restaurant.
Location: The location was good for us as we were visiting family in the city.
We had a good experience at the Premiere C. We would definitely consider staying here another time.

High quality hotel

Quick overnight stay gor New Years eve. We were going to Carmans which is next door. This is a first class hotel in every aspect. Staff in restaurant were very friendly as were the folks at the front desk. Room was exceptional. Very comfortable. Only issue is it's a bit out of the way but there is hiking close. You would have to drive to restaurants or shopping. Overall an excellent choice.

We're from the states , It was a great place to stop and relax between visiting family for the holidays! Our kids enjoyed the hotel and the style of it! Definitely would stay again!

Excellent Experience!

The property is excellent and the staff was very friendly. Some of the staff had conflicting info about hotel policies such as whether or not the bottle water was complimentary or if there was a charge, but that's not a huge deal. The hotels.com provided info states that breakfast can be included for $3.00 per person more, but the staff at the hotel was not aware of this. All in alll, the staff accommodated my family and provided us withy complimentary breakfast for the mixup. The hotel staff dealt with a potential problem quite well and I am impressed with their problem resolution as it was quick and made me feel like they really did care to make things right.
