Nice hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. Aircon wasn’t good but they gave us two fans. I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Some parts of the hotel needs a refurb but that begins next week I believe. Overall a good hotel.

Room not ready when promised, air conditioning did not work to a satisfactory standard
This is a great hotel. I've used it many times. Very convenient for Hamburg airport and easy to get to local rail link into the city centre. Plenty of car parking, great gym, polite and friendly staff, lovely room and amenities. If you need something close to the airport but don't like airport hotels then I thoroughly recommend this hotel. Only one "problem" though - it's very popular and not always available for my stays when I visit Hamburg.
