Even though we asked for a room for 2 adults and 1 child, there was no single bed/sofabed and we were charged EUR$50 per day for the bed in addition to what we had previously paid. Furthermore, there was some sort of leakage in the bathroom, which kept spelling some yellow liquid under the sink. We were also told we would get an Easter "treatment", which probably meant "treat", which we never did. The staff was not really friendly. The convenience store is good, and the location is great.

Located perfectly for my conference. Arriving early after red-eye flight was not a problem - my room was ready at 11 am with standard check-in tine of 3 p.m. Very friendly and helpful staff

Beautiful hotel in great location. Highly recommend the breakfast!!! We rented bikes on site. Everyone spoke fluent english and were so pleasant. We will stay here again next time in Hamburg.

Fairly decent overall
Need much more room service food choices. Spa massage services and the nightclub were both closed!! Elevators work at excellent speed!

Having a room just above the bar generated a lot of noise until late on the evening. Due to renovation all of the wellness features was not available. This was some of the facilities we booked by.

Hotel staff went above and beyond!
Great hotel in a fantastic location. Easy to get to the train station and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make a cake very last minute for a colleagues anniversary.

Amazing views parklike location. Great staffs. Wonderful foods Was great for business not so good for personal travel. Lots of ongoing renovations at the moment made things feel a bit weird for a holiday stay.

Parking was under construction AND still cost 22 euros on top of the hotel room cost. Overall underwhelming for the price you pay. Breakfast was nice except for the Asian lady who insisted on wearing ear buds and talking loudly on her phone while her shoes were off and she had her feet all over the chairs… gross.

Great hotel, perfect location
Even though I made reservation for the wrong Radisson blue hotel location, I enjoyed my stay. I had an amazing view over the city from the 20th floor. It was difficult to get to the hotel with all the construction going on. Love the staff abs the bedding very much.

Good hotel but annoying service
I`ve stayed in Radisson hotels in UK and EU for weeks in the last couple of years. I had a business trip in Hamburg and booked for two night, check in was OK. On the second day at 12 reception called me that I need to leave the room. I explained that I paid for two nights but the receptionist argued with me otherwise. By the time I went down , they realized their mistake and said that I had two separate bookings , which I don`t. No one apologized. I understand mistakes happen but I was sleeping at this time, preparing for night work, and I find waking me up to argue rather annoying! Would have been nice to double check was the customer has actually paid for before calling!

Check-in was great, staff was friendly but I would have expected a problem to be corrected right away or as soon as possible. I complained three times of the room (window between bedroom and bathroom) being dirty from the previous occupant. I was told that they were sorry and that they would clean it but it never happened. Same as other little issues. It felt like that everything was being blamed on COVID-19. I didn't run into issues like that in Berlin in July. Already booked a room for October but with a different hotel.

The hotel is close to Dammtor which makes it convenient for guests and getting around. Construction was fun to walk through and hearing them at dawn, which while obvious the hotel does not tell you about. Check in took way to long. We called for extra pillows and never received them. Only did I go down to reception and ask again for pillows that they brought them up an hour later. Covid hygiene policies were in place and fine.

There was building work going on outside the hotel which causes a problem when booking in or out as not easy pulling your suitcases around, when at breakfast you have to stay at your sit and wait on staff to serve you, they leave food but no tea or coffee and never check had you got everything so was left with nothing to drink. Staff no very friendly.
