Read positive reviews about the hotel however located in unsafe area of town. Used train and bus to reach hotel and didn’t feel comfortable at all. Room was very noisy as well and couldn’t sleep due to notice from adjourning room. Staff was very cold and uninviting.

Very comfortable and great service. The rooms are very small and basic but comfy and well designed. Ideal for a quick stop over. Nice bar is a bonus.

Clean, good service, great price
Good service and good price, and hotel was clean. No restaurant though and it's a 10 mins walk to Osterstrasse where most of them are (along some dark streets). Was fine for my stay in the summer, but worth knowing for the winter!

Good location, good wifi and good food.
Very comfortable room and hotel. The female reception staff I dealt with was a bit moody and not friendly but the overall stay was as expected. Good location, good wifi and good food. No tea or coffee in room though.

Clean and modern
Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff. It’s about a ten minute walk to the trains and there’s a bus stop in front of the hotel to get to the city.

Nice and clean hotel close to the S-Bahn for city
The hotel is on a major road and the rooms facing the road can be noisy. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the S-Bahn. The hotel is good for the price.

Great budget hotel for weekend city break
This is basically a 5 star hotel in terms of cleanliness and staff. I guess its two star rated due to the facilities. About 15 minutes walk to underground station, or bus stop outside hotel.

Great hotel for inexpensive stay
I stayed one night at Motel One Hamburg while passing through Germany. Arrived late (after midnight) but check in was not a problem. The hotel crew spoke good english. Parking overnight in the garage under the hotel was cheap, just a few euros. The room was small but very clean and nice, with up-to-date interior, flat screen TV. Small but functional with a small desk, bathroom with shower, and a bit odd - the sink not in the bathroom but just outside. Overall the room quality was much higher than you would expect for the price, but as mentioned a bit on the small side. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a five-star experience with room service etc, and the location is maybe not the best if you want to experience Hamburg, but for a cheap overnight stay with a nice room I don't think there are any better options.

Personal freundlich und kompetent. Zimmer sehr warm und da zur Straße sehr laut. Wir mussten aber bei offenem Fenster schlafen weil Heizung sich nicht reduzieren lässt. Die Anzeige der Klimaanlage zeigte keine Zahlen Man konnte nicht erkennen ob es wärmer oder kälter wurde. Schade beim letzten Besuch war es besser.

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen via U-Bahn und Bus 138 gut erreichbar. Frühstück ist gut, trotz vieler Personen die zum Zeitpunkt meines Aufenthaltes das Hotel gebucht hatten waren die Wartezeiten bei der Kaffeemaschine kurz.

Das Hotel liegt gut erreichbar für Besuche im Norden Hamburgs. Die Zimmer sind kompakt und einfach gehalten, haben jedoch alles, was man für eine Übernachtung braucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, nur der Check-In hat sehr lange gedauert.

Hotellet er fint. Alt er rent, man henviser konstant til håndsprit, afstand, osv. Jeg bryder mig ikke om udsigten, men vi taler jo et budgethotel. Brug google til at finde gode bars og restauranter i nærheden. De findes!

Wirklich tolles Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal und die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Wenn ich etwas nicht so toll fand, war es das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war minimal, und der Preis von 15 Euro finde ich für das Angebot echt überteuert.
