New building with few amenities
The building is new and the apartment was a good size. Only few items in the kitchen to cook with and only 3 glasses - we were 5 people in total. The WiFi wasn’t working and communication with the landlord was difficult since he barely spoke English nor German (though our German was rusty). Parking is a hassle!

Clean and renovated
Was a bit exited but we’re positively surprised. Very nice young man to welcome us and a very clean and clearly newly renovated accommodation. Just spent a night there but all together a nice experience!

Lækker lejlighed som ligger i et roligt kvarter. Der er 5 minutters gang til Wandsbek Mark med U-bahn, forretninger og restauranter. Det er muligt at parkere på vejen lige uden for hotellet, Da vi ankom, var personalet behjælpelig med at finde en ledig p-plads, da meget var optaget midt om eftermiddagen. Lejligheden er nymoderniseret og er indrettet minimalistisk med IKEA møblement. Der er et stort køkken, hvor mange af skabene er tomme. Forvent kun 1 pande og 1 gryde, ingen viskestykker, grydelapper eller opvaskebalje. Der gøres rent dagligt og rengøringen vasker op. Morgenbuffeten har et stærkt begrænset udvalg og opleves skuffende. Hotellet har ingen reception, men der er altid en ansat på arbejde, som kan træffes et eller andet sted i opgangen. Det er ikke muligt at ringe til vedkommende. Dette er forsøgt på 2 telefonnumre, som er angivet i stedets materiale. Hotellet ønsker besked om ankomsttidspunkt, men om besked herom er nået frem til stedet ansatte er ubekendt, da opkald ikke besvares. En anden gæst fra Danmark fortalte om lignende oplevelse. Internettet fungerer ikke og før omtalte anden gæst fortæller om samme oplevelse. Stedet ansatte begrunder dette med, at nettet er under testning for øjeblikket. Nettet på angiven router kom aldrig op at køre under vore 3 overnatninger. Men vi fik dog adgangskode til en anden router, hvor der var internet. Der var svingende kvalitet af nettet på denne router. Før omtalte anden familie fik ikke dette tilbud.

Ett ok lägenhetshotell en bit ifrån stadskärnan. Rent och fräscht med frukost som ingår. Kan vara lite svårt att kommunicera med personalen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.
Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist freundlichen und entgegenkommend. Leider nicht deutsch sprechend, aber mit englische Sprache kann man sich gut verständigen.
