Location of park is great We could only get a budget cabin because of availability but nonetheless the maintenance of this cabin was not great Also don’t get cabin 38 No balcony or decking and you are right next to the caravan dump point which is not ideal

I checked in late but still managed to feel welcomed and special. The cabin was spotless not a cobweb in sight. Superb. Great wildlife around the cabins, comfortable stay, beautifully located, nice amenities. The bbqs at the camping sites should probably be free or work with the code, rather than be a $1 every 20 minutes… besides that, even camp site toilets were clean!!! Thank you for wonderful stay!!! ❤️👏

My partner and I had a lovely stay. The cabin was clean, air conditioner was put on for our arrival as it was a warm day. Linen provided and is clean, crockery and cutlery provided as well as a little dish washing pack which was handy as dish washing liquid isn’t something you always remember to pack! Local kangaroos gathered around the cabin at dusk and weren’t afraid of having their photos taken. The park is literally on the Main Street, just walk across the road to grab and icecream or dine in at a restaurant. It’s well within walking distance of many hikes and the halls gap botanical gardens. Highly recommend we would stay here again.

Pleasant stay
Convenient location, near the food places in Hall Gap. Water pressure and good constant and warm shower. if you are lucky, you can spot some kangaroos outside your apartment. The wifi reception could be improved though, the signal is rather weak. Overall, its a pleasant stay.

Nice central location and friendly staff. Had everything we needed. Couch arms appeared to be dusty and walls could use a deep clean but still acceptable. Aircon heater worked well. Shower pressure and temperature very good. Will stay again.

The picture shown on Expedia is nothing like what this facility is really like. This is basically a campground with some cabins in it to appeal to non-campers. The place was crowded, noisy, and the Wi-Fi didn't hardly work except right at the front office.

Hi Joana, sorry to hear that there was an issue with the bedding upon your arrival. Our Park does have an after hours phone number to call, if you had called the on-call staff member we would have come down and changed the sheets for you. There were house cleaners rostered on the following morning, so if you had come down to Reception to inform us once again we would have had one of girls come in first thing to change the sheets on the bed. thought the accomadation wasvery poor ,old needed a good renovation .Carpet stained ,floors needed a good scrub ceilings painted over the leaks that had occured . .I know you getwhat you pay for it was a Budget cabin but still not good .We would not go again unless we could get into a luxury cabin .. The bed was great shower etc clean.

All cabins have pots, pans and utensils so if anything else was required please let the office know and we can assist.
