Stayed one night. Pleasant. Staff let me leave my luggage early before check in. Directly across from the main train station and close to the shopping areas. Relatively quiet and clean area but there was some construction and the area around the train station smells a little bad.

4 day stay in leipzig
The room was fresh and clean. A disappointment was the fact that the bar was closed on 2 of the 4 nights we stayed and on the other 2 closed at 22:00

Terrific location, clean, comfortable rooms. When the windows were closed, it was quiet although the streetcar ran all night long. The breakfasts were nice. The buffet space was a little tight but the room had plenty of seats and tables. I would stay here again.

Hotel is located at 3 minutes walking from central train station. Market center is near and Leipzig University is about 10 minutes walking distance. Also, Saint Thomaskirche where Bach played the organ is 5 minutes walking. Neighborhood is safe.

Terrible Experience
We were assigned to the 7th floor which had no elevator access and we had to carry over 50 kg to the top floor which was an inconvenience after a day of travel. For breakfast we were overcharged and upon request the hotel did not refund our money. They put me on hold for 10 minutes which cost me $5.00 in international phone fees. Simply unacceptable. I will NEVER stay or otherwise recommend this hotel to anyone. Horrible experience.

Good location
The hotel is located right across from the train station which makes it extremely convenient. It’s also in close proximity to restaurants and shops. I had the breakfast buffet at the hotel and I have to say, it’s pretty much the highlight of my stay as it was absolutely delicious; both cold and hot items available. The only negative experience I had during my stay was the cleanliness of the bed. The duvet was stained and there were strands of hair on the bed as well as a few dead bugs.

Good location for us, not too fit people.
Cannot fault the room cleanliness or the reception staff, especially Sarah Haak who was so kind and helpfull, printing our boarding passes when we had trouble doing so. The breakfast itself was plentiful well presented and good value, and the staff so kind and pleasant made each day start well. Would we stay there again, most definately YES.

Wonderful location near Hauptbahnhof
The hotel is located across the street from the train station, and is easy walking distance from the old town. Location is its strongest point. The helpful, courteous staff was much appreciated. It's an excellent value. I'd certainly choose to stay there again.

We went for motogp, really close to the station and car rental. Excellent breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms are a little small. We leave very happy.

simple and comfortable. convenient location as opposite train and tram station. Staff helpful. Unfortunately my safe was broken (replaced later) and the shower head wouldnt stay if you tried to move it higher. Internet wifi free to use in room but unreliable connection.

GREAT VALUE COMES IN SMALL PACKAGES
Rooms are very efficient....small but comfortable. Although a little dated the price was unbeatable. The location was directly across from the main train station, so travel in an out of Leipzig was incredibly efficient and no costs for cabs to and from the hotel. BW was short walk to main city center. On note of caution, if you are a light sleeper request a room on the opposite side of the train station due to the rattle and clatter of the tram trains and traffic.

My 2nd visit here, used it as it is just 2 minutes walk from Railway Station. Just 1 issue to report, dispite our booking saying 2 rooms, 2 persons, the insited it said 1 x double. An issue I am raising with their management and Hotels.com the person on the reception was quite rude and indignant.

My experience overall was borderline satisfactory. Nothing totally bad, but the wifi in the room only worked by the door, and getting more than a handful of ice cubes proved impossible. I suppose they don't cater to Americans.

Wonderful staff & great location
The wonderful staff make this hotel fantastic - they were so helpful and friendly throughout my stay! The location is great but the trams are noisy (although this didn't bother me too much as I'm used to that). The room/bathroom were very small but still comfortable and clean. The hotel buffet breakfast was also great with an extensive selection of hot and cold items. I would certainly recommend this hotel and stay there again if ever returning to Leipzig.

Good location opposite the side entrance to the main station. Noisy because of the trams passing but good double-glazing and they provide earplugs if you want to sleep with windows open.

Exellent Location with everything alright
The room is a bit old and looks a bit dull, yet it is still tidy and clean. (It's just the old-fashion furniture made it like a bit dirty, I think.) Location is excellent which is just right opposite of the main Haubahnhof of Leipzig. Breakfast is good but hot food could be more. Staff are helpful and smiley.

The Polyglott Leipzig recommended this hotel as "quiet". My partner said "it was like the trams running through the rooms". Trams rattled past the hotel quite often, an early night sleep was impossible. The room itself was small, the bathroom tiny.

Summer Vacation
We stayed 3 times at this hotel within a 3 week time period. A very pleasant, bright and clean hotel, knowledgeable staff, very nice atmoshere. Service is prompt and friendly and the staff is professional and curtious. The rooms are cleans, nice lay-out with tv, fridge and AC. Great fresh continental breakfast bar. Location is superb, in the city center across from shopping and dining and train station. Most within walking distance. Loved it.
