Easy access to Northend and downtown. We enjoyed the convenience of the underground secure and dedicated parking. Would stay here again!　One problem was the bed in the master bedroom. The property is about 2 years old and in a transitioning, but already very comfortable, neighborhood. This apartment is on the top floor of the 7 story building and has great balconies (covered in snow most our trip). The apartment has 2 very well appointed bedrooms, with a king bed in one and a queen in the other. The 2 bathrooms have shower/tub combinations and are also very nice. We appreciated the reserved parking spot in the basement, as the weather was cold most of the time. There is also a nice gym on the first floor. The contact, Jeff, was extremely helpful - even providing us a list of some of his favorite places to eat. One of our absolute favorites is directly across the street - Bar Kismet. I definitely would stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Halifax. ##### William L. We were there mid-week and it was very quiet and we felt safe walking through the neighbourhood. It was an easy 15 min walk to the Citadel. We Ubered back from the waterfront for $9. The unit is very large, new and clean. It has new comfortable furniture and is tastefully decorated. There is a full kitchen with everything needed, eating area, living room (the only smallish space), two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, full size washer and dryer (that worked very well), lots of closet space, a huge wrap around balcony with furniture and underground parking.
