Riverside Kaikōura – a spacious holiday home set River, Forest and Ocean side, just 15 minutes north of Kaikōura. This property is a rare find for families and groups seeking both comfort and adventure with a real unique experience.  
  
This five-bedroom, three-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests. Inside, you'll find a open-plan living area with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the modern conveniences to make your stay relaxing and easy—Wi-Fi, a log burner, air conditioning, and a laundry. The house itself is dated internally but is still ver y functional.  
Step outside to outdoor entertaining paradise complete outdoor bar, BBQ, and fireplace that’s ideal for evening chats under the stars. This property also features two outside baths, and an additional shower and toilet/bathroom.  
Oh and don't forget the rope swing into the river that adjoins the property!  
Riverside Kaikoura is perfectly positioned for those wanting to experience the best of the Kaikōura Coastline. Just across the road is the stunning Kaikoura coastline were you can dive for crayfish and Paua (in season), follow the beach south and you'll reach Kaikōura’s famous seal colony—only a 4 km drive away.  
The setting is peaceful and private, yet so close to Kaikōura’s incredible marine life, mountains and walks. A great location for family reunions, friend getaways, surf or fishing trips, nature-lovers, and anyone wanting a spacious base to explore the region.  
Please note: there is a main road between the property and the beach, however you can access the beach under the main road in the river bed.
