Located very near the train station which saves you the hassle of lugging your luggage for a long distance. The room was big and comfortable.

It has many restaurants, and the wash basin outside the room is quite nice. But the staffs are not helpful, didn’t ask if we would like to book a private bath, not provided instruction of where the lifts to the rooms are. And worst of all, our luggages were not taken up to our room. All the hotels I stayed so far in Japan had taken our luggages to our room when we left with them for storage, this hotel at AUD500 plus a night didn’t provide this service. Room are smaller than they look in the website.
