Visit our Hakone travel guideWe loved this hotel but we love hostels too and this reminded me of a nice hostel. So comfortable and staff was extremely helpful and just nice! It's not fancy but super clean and we loved the breakfast. There were a few western options but it's fun to see what the rest of the world is eating at 7 o'clock in the morning!
Very conveniently located with friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room and comfortable beds! Bonus- it has a nice onsen that was a great place to go after all day activities. Needs a bit of updating/refreshing.
Central location close to all transport, friendly staff, and very quiet.
The location is the main plus. Very near restaurants and transport. At first we thought, there was a bad smell in the room, but then we realized that the whole town is in a volcanic area that smells of sulphur. The room was comfortable enough but unremarkable. Seemed a bit pricey for what was offered. Friendly, helpful staff.
