We had a very nice one night stay. Great peaceful location in the heart of the forest, when you look outside your window you look into the forest. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice accomodation, could use a little tlc in some corners, but that's just regular wear and tear. Rooms are practically designed, a little dark for my taste (but that's personal preference). If I need to give one negative feedback point, you need to make reservations for the pool (time slot of 45min / 30 persons) it can get a little crowded. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Poor service
Not really suitable for a family trip, overpriced restaurants and facilities, our fridge didn't work for 2/3 of our stay and resulted in us losing ~50 Euros worth of food. Staff weren't able to remedy and we needed to chase down a fix numerous times. Great location for business travellers/conference attendees, not really set up for kids and service isn't set up if things don't go to plan

The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is original with a nice bathtub. The spa is decent but too small given the size of the hotel. The rooms were pretty cold and remained so despite our attempt to put the heating on max in manual mode.

This is NOT a kid friendly place. Quiet remote location. Questionable hospitality. Check-in: Multiple cars got formal parking working while unloading car at reception driver-in area. Parking: Parking lot was remote, poorly marked and shared with subleased office spaces. Facilities: We were informed upon check-in that kids may not use pool after 18:00. At the same time, reception made sizeable effort to sell dinner reservation.

Other than having to ask for the fridge in the room to be mended twice, myself & my daughter were really happy. The staff are polite & very helpful. We have used this hotel a few times before & will continue to use it again

Not a Luxury Hotel!
This is a hotel inside of a motel. The fact that this cost me $280/night and is advertised as a luxury hotel spa is outrageous. Big rooms but common areas have zero ambiance, beds hard, cheap sheets, tiny blankets, remote parking, vending machines in the halls, long sprawling corridors, old tiny elevators, zero bathroom amenities (wall mounted soap dispensers, 3 in 1 shampoo body wash), no outlets next to the bed, and a reception area matching a Motel 8. To get to the pool, you need to walk up to 300m including a stretch through the massive wierd lobby, past the bar, wearing a robe. The great things are the forrest view and wonderful breakfast. Due to the other factors, I am very surprised this is so well rated. Worth around $75-$100/night.

Family Escape August 2019.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, great amenities (swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and massage service). Clean and quiet, pacious room with A/C. Easy free parking. This hotel is surrounded by beautiful forest, approximately 20 minutes drive from the center of Bruxelles. Small nice city nearby with a super market, gas stations and several restaurants. Quick check in and check out. I did not try the food. This place is recommended for relaxation, away from crowded noisy cities.

Low on amenities and atmosphere
La Dolce is situated in the forest, so good location for a nature walk or run before work. The temperature was hot and the AC was not sufficient to get a good night sleep. They have done away with the in room mini bar so have to use the vending machine on ground floor which was out of service when I went for a snack. Not customer friendly at all. Place has a sterile ambiance and is isolated Cant understand how it claims 5 stars

Relaxing hideaway close to Brussels
Very spacious room with a window wall with a nice green view of high trees. Big rainforest shower. I recommend the 4th floor, you feel like you are in the trees. The spa was excellent and the swimming pool. Nice and relaxing.

I arrived at the hotel only to find that they were overbooked for the first night of my 2 night stay. They said they had tried to contact me but I had had no emails nor any missed calls. The reason given was that people who were already staying there wanted to stay an extra night! The hotel staff were not apologetic. I was very disappointed by their whole attitude and would not stay there again even if I have to attend another course there. I would rather stay at the hotel (Martins Grande) they sent me to as that was better than the second night where they actually honoured my booking.
