Human feces on towels & food poising.
There was human feces on the shower towel. I asked reception to replace this and they did no,t nor did they bring a new towel to the room when requested. Asked for a manger, none came. Also go food poising from the resteraunt.

Very good hotel, with nice rooms. The steam shower was an excellent addition, the rooms are comfortable and the AC works very well. The restaurant is also excellent. Only downside is the location is not great.

Clean, comfortable hotel with great staff
Clean hotel. Easy check-in process. Not far to walk to centre of Mons. Restaurant offered great food - we went for desserts. The room itself was large and had a powerful shower in a perfectly sized bathroom. Parking was part of the price and so the stay was economical too. Staff were so helpful and the little touches in the room were great as we hadnt had these in other hotels in Europe at the same price point. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the region. Hotel is also close to a mall (15 min walk) that had places to have coffee and also do some chocolate shopping as some premium Belgian chocolate brands had shops/stalls here. Of course there wer either shops too as per a notmal mall.
