"The man at the front desk was extremely helpful! I had trouble figuring out parking and he was more than willing to help me figure it out. As other reviews state, this is an older hotel with shared bathrooms and showers. The reviews honestly had me more worried than I needed to be as I had zero issues while staying here. I went to a show right next door so the location was perfect. I am a solo female traveler and I felt safe staying here. I would stay again if I had another show next door."

"This place rules! Excellent location and very reasonable price. The one thing keeping me from rating this 5 stars was the wifi. It was practically unusable for work, but even less powerful tasks like checking the weather or email were difficult because the wifi was so bad. Everything else was great and would still recommend, if you work remotely I suggest going to a coffee shop or co-working space."

"What a cute little place! I appreciate how well it was decorated. It fit very well in the neighborhood. The room was incredibly clean and I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient small room features like the fridge drawer, garment and hanger cabinet and gorgeous little patio. The hair dryer was the best hair dryer I've used in a hotel in my entire adult life. That alone gets you five stars. The shower and bath were magnificent and definitely something I'll remember when I remodel my bathroom. The lighting, showerhead, towels, all amazing! It's also perfectly situated in the neighborhood for a show at the theater. I highly recommend stopping by the historic Twin Peaks gay bar down the street. It's a neighborhood bar, cash only, but the bartenders and customers are the sweetest people on earth."
