I'm still unclear why the staff didn't demand those who were smoking in the hotel to leave. When we check in we sign an agreement on no smoking of any sorts in the rooms and yet the hotel was absolutely overwhelming with a smell. To the point that my grandchildren were going to come see me and we had to find alternate arrangements because I was scared that they would get sick because the smell was so intense. I would highly recommend that staff be more proactive in removing those that are smoking out of the hotel."
