Good size clean room and good service. The only thing that let this hotel down was the car charging was not easy to use nor did it work for me despite scanning the qr code and making an initial payment. If using these chargers it is best to have an RFID card which worked for the Dutch who held membership with the charging network. If you are visiting from another country, it may be more difficult to charge. Note to hotel - since you receive visitors from many different countries, a simpler charging network would benefit guest like myself.

Excellent location right next to F1 track and the beach. Massive family room with two separate bedrooms and additional living room with dining table and sofa. Friendly & helpful staff.

6th floor rooms are extremely hot
Room on 6th floor was exceptionally hot - temporary air con unit had to be used all the time but was wired so that the lights had to be on for it to work; also extremely loud so a most uncomfortable night with very little sleep

Amazing sea views
The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived on our bicycles and there was a big storage shed for cycles in the car park. This is locked over night. Our room was amazing. Had booked the sea view room, which I highly recommend. I think we received a free upgrade to a suite, which was on the top floor. It had amazing ceiling windows and view of the sea. The little shop was very handy and we got a few drinks and snacks to watch the sunset by. Bed was very comfortable and the huge bathroom was very relaxing.

Great Beach Stay
We stayed here for easy access to Zandvoort Beach for a music event. Overall it was a great stay. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect for walking instead of driving for shopping, food. The room was a little old and dull - could use a remodel but the beds were comfortable and there was little noise. Would definitely stay again. Room service/food was delicious. Hopefully it’s warmer next time so we can use the beach too!

Annoying service and mediocre comfort
The mattress was old and the springs were coming through. They changed it after the complaint, but such things may not be. It is their main business and should be checked by themselves and changed on time. NO electricity socket in the bathroom!!!!!! And it is advisable to check for the rates online first. The lady at the desk wanted to charge double and after I told her that the Rate online was only half, a discussion started about her not being able to find it, which is totally not to the point, uninteresting, annoying and time consuming. So we booked online. During breakfast they were already storing things away because we were late, which is absolutely understandable. Kindly one the personal told us to take the things we wanted so they could continue storing things away, and we would still be able to have everything we wanted, which was very hospitable. Because they were taking away the carafes with water we took 1 of them. Then came a grumpy old man, which took it away without a word. And after I addressed this issue he said that this should be on the buffet counter, acting like an automated robot not realizing they were storing everything away. The location for the beach is good if you are willing to endure mediocre service and comfort and probably the noise of racing tracks next to it

Not 4* hotel!
This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Although close to the beach and acclaimed 4* it ruined our last few days on holiday. Booked a double room and received two single beds. Told no double bed in hotel and how what we had was called a double. Then in order to resolve they said to upgrade and pay 150 euros more! I told them I booked a double room but they said a double bed is two single together! This was horrible experience with rude staff who are unwilling to help. First room the bathroom had a bad odour and we were relocated. Second room was similar state. Unclean, bad decor and overall bad hotel! Very disappointed and will not be coming back here again!

Needs a refurb quick!
The staff are lovely, but the rooms are bad. The beds are twins pushed together, and boy-oh-boy are they uncomfortable (you can feel the springs). The rooms are massive, but with a crazy small bathroom - such as bad design. Last year and this year the corridors smelt of the drains, luckily it didn't seep into the bedrooms. Great location for the circuit, but not a pleasing experience.

Property was old and outdated and emeritus were not functioning. Food options were limited to breakfast and dinner with no option in between. After changing from first room with broken A/C our new rooms toilet was broke with no one to fix it until 9am. We decided to leave after one night and did not finish our stay.

The view from the hotel room was amazing. It was quiet and comfortable. No disturbance of any kind. Room service was quick and food was delicious. Check out did take a little longer than expected since a bunch of people were checking out at the same time that morning with only one receptionist. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the Dutch coast. Thank you NH Hotel.

Zandvoort 420 Dam!
Hotel was nice- slight hiccup with the bed situation but after some a discussion a solution was finally found. Most staff members really nice especially house keeping! Super helpful and friendly. Hotel is good and nice distance from beach and station!

Might have been nice during the summer, however this was definitely off season for this property. Disliked that Expedia sent us to this property when we had to be back to airport the next day. Transportation not easy for this property and cost us over 100 euro to return to airport.
