Homely rooms, loved the decor, reserved a room with a super king bed, mattress very comfortable, black out blinds included, we both has a very well rested sleep. Ate an evening meal in the bistro and had breakfast, great options for both and cooked as requested."

A simply wonderful "Sunday Roast" for our Sunday evening dinner - though you will need a large appetite - and extraordinarily helpful service. We had struggled to get the heating on in our room, but this was sorted out with great patience and efficiency. And at breakfast, we had exceptionally good service. Couldn't have asked for more. Sure - it's not luxurious, but it was friendly, quiet, efficient and the food was superb. Recommended"

"Amazing hosts! After a devastating flood (believed to be caused by a guest) this place has had a complete makeover in the dining room ready for re-opening of the restaurant. We were allowed to use it for our takeaway tea with amazing views over the bay. There is a cafe 50 metres away offering breakfast from 8am if you need it. The rooms were of a great size and whilst needing some modernisation, had everything you need and were very comfortable. Highly recommended."
