Surprisingly decent place to stay despite being right on the M4. I expected a poor venue but the hotel is modern and clean and the staff excellent. Very convenient, easy free parking and some nice villages nearby. A fantastic Indian nearby in Magor and nice village pubs too.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your experience was hindered due to some rooming issues. I am aware that you spoke to our team during your stay and the housekeeping were quick to recitify any issues. For sustainability reasons, we keep 1 towel in the wardrobe to prevent over useage of towels, however, i am sure the team would have been happy to provide you with extra if requested.

I have stayed here a number of times since it was built and over time I have noticed that it's becoming more dated each time I've visited. The most recent visit showed the room we were given had a number of maintenance issues (bathroom door not working, mold in bathroom). In addition, we asked to change rooms as there was a buzzing noise from outside the front door. When calling reception I noticed the phone receiver was also dirty. We were given a new room by the friendly staff but the replacement bathroom also had signs of mold in the bathroom/sealant issues.

Room and bed were very comfortable, a little bit of road noise from the motorway, but that’s to be expected given how close the hotel is to the M4. I would avoid the breakfast, it was a bit disappointing, the hash browns were soggy! Coffee was good tho! I would stay here again

All round great stay
The location was great, very easy to get to, with plenty of parking. The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly and the rooms a nice size, design and very comfortable.

I get it’s an area that’s being built up so would be muddy and noisy from the M4 but they was doing work all night so kept me awake not the hotels fault at all. There was only one place that was walking distance from the hotel to eat at night and that was owned by the hotel so might aswell eat at the hotel

My Son and I had a really great stay last weekend. the staff (particularly Jonathan) were very pleasant helpful and kind. Sadly the systems were down when we arrived and then there was a power outage the following morning i put this down to the reason why we couldn't connect to the internet but as it wasn't essential I didn't want to trouble the staff any more. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who was planning on staying in the area.
