"We chose this hotel because the size and location but the service exceeds our expectations. We wanted a strategic and somewhat local area that we can walk to food, preferably locally owned too. The view is definitely a great bonus. We also need a big room since we are in the mid of long travel and need to reorganize. That means a space to deal with 3 full size luggages and 3 carry-on. From experience, space in hotel room in East Asia is premium. So I'm very happy to find a family size room here and you can see how spacious it really is. At one point, we can open all luggages at once and still have plenty space to get around!!! Service also exceeded our expectations. We dropped off our 7 luggages at 9 am in the morning, did not check in until 7 pm. No problem at all. Reception is available 24 hrs so you can always go and get help with anything. Convini next door is also 24 hrs. David was especially helpful when we tried to book our way to Inchoen airport. He helped us by booking through his phone and we simply reimbursed him the cash. Did we mention that bank with international ATM is next door?Should have done this before wasting almost 2 hrs trying to book ourselves. Only regret is we didn't get a chance to use the traditional spa in the hotel. Would love to come back and stay longer."

"This hotel made us the highlight of our Busan stay. We were treated like royalty every time we entered the hotel; the staffs were very kind to help in anyway they can. We want to thank especially Oscar Park, and his manager. Oscar went above and beyond and to make sure our stay was comfortable, with excellent recommendations to dining around the area. The weather was hot when we visited Korea. It was so nice that the hotel is attached to a huge shopping palace and duty free, we were having such a great time without feeling bored. The room is also very comfortable. Living in high end hotels many times, I have never been impressed with their amenities that I would abandon mine to use theirs. Lotte amenities are luxurious and I have been using theirs throughout this journey. Showers pressures are excellent, and additional details like soft close bathroom doors and underbed lightings really makes the hotel a great place to stay. Our family are very impressed with this hotel and there is no doubt we will book this hotel again when we visit Busan in the future. And thanks! Oscar! "
