Location is excellent. Staff very helpful and available at all times to help in any way possible. Wonderful people who are there to make a customer as comfortable as possible. Restaurant wasn't that great and I didn't like the choice of food. The location is very good so there are plenty of options nearby

Pleasant Stay and Hotel Location Fantastic
Location was very convenient to all shops and near to Gulshan. Hotel is well maintained and room 601 was of a good size. All staff was very polite and friendly.

Great Hotel with Friendly Staff & Convenient Locat
Room was still new and location was within the city centre. It was very convenient. Staff was very polite and helpful. Great atmosphere and will return to hotel again.

Thank you very much for your valuable comments. you claim that we were charged your boarding passes print out, but we didn't charged for that. you were total print out around 28 pages. For that reason we charged for 24 of pages.

They charge to print out boarding passes but don’t tell you there is a printing charge until afterwards. They call and wake you up to ask about laundry daily. They need to just put a charge menu and laundry request reminder in the rooms instead of annoying guests

Non-smoking business hotel
When booking an airline through Expedia, one routinely receives the airline's PNR locator (aka confirmation code). I was disappointed not to receive from Expedia a similar confirmation that the hotel actually held a reservation for me. My attempts to reach the hotel by e-mail failed, but the messaging service on Expedia's Web site did reach them, and they did confirm.

Nice and comfortable hotel
I stayed in the hotel for about 2 and half weeks. it nice and clean. Room service was good. stafffs were helpful. Breakfast buffet was nice. The area is called Banani and it one of the 2(Gulshan and banani) most posh area in dhaka even though it doesnt look like it.. . There is not much to do up there. and hard to find a sidewalk to walk on, as most of the side walk is taken by small tea shop or garbage piled up. Also, i noticed everyone rushes home by 9pm/10PM in Banani/Gulshan as the whole area shuts down. Due to bod cops and bad people come out as these groups work together..

Nice and Comfortable Hotel
I stayed for about 2 and half weeks. It was a nice , comfortable and clean hotel and the staff was very helpful if you needed anything. There breakfast buffet was great. Wifi speed was good , But the gym was dirty and the treadmill didn't work I would definitely recommend it. Select upper level rooms , if you prefer a view. The hotel is located in posh area called Banani , Dhaka. Banani or Gulshan doenst look like a posh area anymore,. its hard to walk around the town as most of the sidewalks are taken by small tea shops or pile of garbage At night time the posh areas Gulshan and Banani shuts down by 9PM/10Pm, and bad cops and bad people comeout to do bad stuff .Never carry too much cash if you decide to explore.

Convenient & Comfortable Hotel.
For a 3 star it was a comfortable stay . The breakfast though adequate but could do with more western menu . The tread mill in the Gym had problems and there was no Cycle . The equipment in the Gym could do with replenishment as it too old .

Avoid smoking room if u r a non smoker
The first night was a horrible night because it smelt of ciggarrettes. I complained but they failed to rectify the situation by changing rooms for me because it was full apparently - can't blame them. It improved greatly when theey changed rooms and I could not fault them in the least .surprisingly the cleanliness , the service including breakfast was good . Probably I should have requested a non smoking room.

Okay hotel
Decent hotel but not very good. Looks wise its fine and the beds are good. Service is poor. Wifi worked great. Gym was small and dirty. The room did not have an iron and ironing board and when I asked for it they brought a old broken iron and ironing board. Breakfast is a ton of items but most are cold if you go after 8am. Suggestion to the hotel for breakfast is to reduce the number of items and make sure what you have is great.

Good hotel but over prices...
Stay was comfortable, but there are other hotels in the same area at better price. But hotel's.com cheated us, first they told to apply promo code and get discount I did so, then on receipt of email I realized I am not eligible for the rewards.while applying promo code there should something saying rewards is not applicable.

９階に宿泊しましたが、１０階の事ジム・シャワールームに近くて便利で良かったです。朝事は余り代り映えせずイマイチですが、毎日品数豊富なフルーツはOKでした。

You can stay in this hotel for a reasonable tariff
Location of this hotel is fine and you can find different restaurants near to the hotel. You can reach air port easily because it is quite near to the air port. Their staffs are friendly and the food quality provided by their restaurant on 2nd floor has been improved.

OK hotell med dårlig kaffe og treig utsjekking.
Bodde der en uke. OK sted, men kaffen var grusom. Det finnes mange kaffebarer i nærheten som serverer god kaffe, så det finnes i landet , men hotellet ønsker ikke å tilby det. Hadde gladelig betalt mer for oppholdet dersom det var det som skulle til for måfå god kaffe. Brukte 50 minutter på å sjekke ut, enda det ikke var andre som sjekket ut tilmsamme tid. 3 personer bak skranken for å ordne utsjekkingen.

　ダッカテロ1カ月後に3泊。エントランスには非武装ガードマンとドアマンが合わせて数人いて、金属探知機も置いてあるが、まあ、武装集団に襲われたら、どーしょうもないでしょうな。というレベル。夜間はエントランスを閉め、奥の通用口から入れさせる。外資系超高級ホテルじゃ全然ないんで、ターゲットになるとは思えないが。 　ホテルは新しく、いかにも出張ビジネス客にピッタリな風情。スタッフの教育も、実によく行き届いている。併設レストランの夕食メニューは、色々な定食プレート。1000円くらいからと高いが、ボリュームがすごく、まあまあうまい。 　テロさえ気にしなければ、周りにはレストラン、カフェが多数あり、とても便利。ただし、今は現地の日本人も外国人も引きこもっていて、まず見掛けない。近所の日本料理レストランも閑古鳥が鳴いていた。 　私は普通に街歩きしたが、『拉致される』と真顔で忠告する自称現地通もいて、実際のところは不明。大使館からも諸々の忠告メールが時々届いた。 　ま、テロで死ぬ確率より、交通事故で死ぬ確率のほうが依然として高いと思うけど。この街の場合。

Not that great.
This is a really low-end hotel with very basic service. It's name includes the word 'boutique' and 'business' but don't be fooled by that. It's not a very impressive, quite badly maintained hotel with large rooms and nice pillows.

Booked for the second time. This time I decided to take the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Excellent services! This time the room was a bit smaller, but again very clean. Friendly staff, always available for any thing you need.

きれいな部屋
部屋は広くありませんが、きれいでうるさいといったこともありません。部屋に案内してくれたスタッフが少しぼけていて、カードキーをおいて行くのを忘れてかえってしまいました。カードキーがないとエレベータが使えないので往生しました。ようやくフロントに行くと、さらに案内された部屋が間違いだったのが判明。でも、部屋の状態とかは、まったく問題ありません。お勧めかと思います。

Comfortable and affordable hotel in Dhaka - Banani
I'm visiting Dhaka on a regular basis for business. We have tried several hotels in the Banani area, but most of them had noisy rooms, unclean rooms, or facilities where not working. This hotel is one of the first affordable hotels with a good staff, clean rooms and good airco. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Every day the hotel provides 2 bottles of water. Internet connection is good (at least in my room and in the lobby). There is a desk in the room, so working on your room is possible. I had the double room. I've seen the single rooms. Those are pretty small.

Problem in service...
Service has problem.... Booking information was not relayed to the next shifting staff.... And the staff call to the guest and ask to come to the front desk to ensure the booking after ccheck in. The staff ask to send the email confirmation from hotels.com to the hotel email. I do not recommend this hotel .....since the guest should be very busy for supporting the staff's work during 30 minutes after check in. It is not the work for the guest but it is the work for the staffs.....

服務不錯，以當地的旅館價位來看，是屬合理的。
本來當天要住朋友訂的旅館，因為房間狀況不好，我們臨時訂了伊奈爾，房間的品質比我想像的好，距離達卡機場也近，若下次還要出差，我還是會選擇。
