Seabreeze Cottage is the perfect destination for anyone seeking a relaxing beach getaway with all the comforts of home. This charming cottage is just a stone's throw from the beach and is centrally located near a ton of activities to suit every interest. The house features comfy furnishings, free internet, smart TVs in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and 2 rooms with King beds. Enjoy coffee on the porch, a dip in the Boho cowboy pool, and family and adult games.  
  
This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage is the perfect vacation rental for couples or families of up to 8 people. With a game room that includes a TV, arcade game, and board games, there’s plenty of entertainment for all ages. There’s also a twin bed with a trundle, which can accommodate an additional 2 guests.  
  
The living room is cozy and comfortable, with a sleeper sofa that can easily sleep 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and beautiful finishes, including a large custom window that lets in plenty of natural light.  
  
The bedrooms are decorated with a modern beachy theme, and two of them feature king-sized beds, which give the entire home a luxurious feel. One of the king bedrooms even has its own private bathroom.  
  
Guests will have access to a washer and dryer, as well as beach equipment, making it easy to pack light. The backyard is perfect for outdoor entertaining, with a covered seating area, a boho-style stock tank pool, a grill, and a fire pit. Whether you’re looking to relax or have fun, this short-term rental has everything you need for a memorable vacation.  
  
No keys are needed!! Guests will have access to the rental property using smart locks for self-entry, providing a convenient and secure experience. To enter the property, guests can enter the last four digits of their phone number as the code on the lock.  
  
Guests will be able self check-in at the agreed upon time.  
  
The neighborhood is an urban community that is predominantly made up of single-family homes, with a few apartment buildings peppered in. It is situated in a diverse neighborhood that offers a rich cultural experience. The area is a top choice for first-time homebuyers, and many of the original 19th-century homes are still in use, providing the area with a classic ambiance. Aside from its historical appeal, the location is highly coveted, with the beach and aquarium just a stone’s throw away. Numerous restaurants and outlet stores are also within easy reach, providing a convenient location for shopping and dining. Overall, the neighborhood is perfect for individuals seeking to be close to all of the amenities the Gulfport has to offer.

A private car is recommended. There are many highways around the Ocean Springs/Biloxi/Gulfport region. There’s even a 4 line highway you need to cross to get to the beach in our region. \*We reserve the right to replace items as needed that may not exactly match the items in the photo based on the availability of the original items   
  
\* With nature surrounding us, we have professional scheduled pest control that spray regularly and we do our best to annihilate insects & pesky things, but a few may get by every now and then with heavy rains and when doors are left open. Refunds will not be offered for insects.

Clean and well stocked. Group enjoyed everything except the soft water in the showers. Maybe everything in this area is that way though. Owners very thoughtfully prepared it, even down to providing coffee and snacks. Seamless check in and communication.
