This condo is a short walk from the sugar-sand beach, where you can enjoy activities like sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, and more! There are a number of restaurants and shops nearby, as well. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 5. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) It took them 2 days and multiple conversations to pick up the bag. Also the kitchen could use more Silverwear and glasses. We drank our milk from wine glasses and coffee cups.
