That's the main reason that we booked this room. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor balcony and taking in the unobstructed view of the beach, gulf and wildlife (bunnies!) As mentioned in other reviews, the condo could use some TLC. Nothing that a trip to Home Depot and a day's work couldn't sort out. But, the place was generally clean, comfortable and convenient. I was killing German roaches as soon as I walked in the condo (I contacted guest services day one of being there and they stated they would get this taken care of asap, we never heard back or seen anyone and we were there 3 nights), stove worked properly when it wanted to, we spent a few hours at urgent care getting a large piece of metal out of my guest foot where he picked it up on the sidewalk as he was stepping off the steps of the condo into the parking lot, you had to hold the toilet handle down for it to completely flush. The front door seal is not set properly when the wind blows it howls, like a paperback scary novel. And hmmm i have permanent marks on my posterior from the toilet seat.... But I love the view. It needs some work in the bathroom. The shower head pipe was not supported well and the feed to the toilet was on the floor. The kitchen has wires coming out of the wall. The chairs on the balcony need to be replaced. The plastic one was broken and the others were rusted. Nice clean complex.Bedding was NOT comfortable Our stay was good except for the beds.very family friendly beach and pools. Great view of the gulf.Only complaint is the bedding. Upon arrival the toilet was clogged, my husband worked on it for awhile, but it struggled to flush the whole trip. We found 2 live roaches in the bedroom, and we also caught a frog in the living room. The front door needs to be replaced, my husband placed paper towels in the bottom corner of the door since we figured that’s how everything was getting in. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, which was a huge inconvenience with 4 daughters getting ready for beach pictures. The shower curtain REALLY needs to be replaced, there was black mold all along the top. As the other reviews stated, the mattress is completely horrible. It desperately needs to be replaced. I realize at anytime we could have called in and complained, but we are a big family with 4 young kids, I didn’t want to spend my time calling and complaining about things that won’t be fixed in the moment anyway. I will say, all appliances are new and worked fabulous and it seemed clean (aside from the roaches & mold in bathroom). ##### Joe C. The beach view was great. The fridge needs help, rusty insides, slow ice maker, middle door shelf was broken. The bed sinks to the center so be sure you like who youre sharing the bed with Also if you turn at night your partner bounces up and down. Interesting boucing to music. Shower spray, can be used to remove paint, so no problem with removing suntan lotion. Turn the water volume real low. Beach views were great. Picture missing from hallway, the twisted steel pic hanger rusted off. Air conditioning worked very well. No toaster, so had to go buy one. Microwave worked well. Be sure to remenber the 6 digit code to open the door, but if you dont have a good memory the corridor has a great breeze. Beach views were great. Gotta say I and my wife have stayed in this unit several years. This year the price is a little high compared to other years. Did I say the beach views were great. Not cleaned very well at all, which was very concerning during this time because of the COVID19\. I used Clorox wipes on the light switches, door knobs, remotes, things like that, and the wipes were filthy when I got done. There was a thick layer of dust on the bedroom blinds and lamp. They looked like they had not been dusted/cleaned in a very long time. The bottom bunk mattress was so flat my 8 year old couldn't even sleep on it because it was like laying on just the wood. The small dresser drawers by the bed smelled so horrible, we couldn't even use them. Anything metal in the unit was severely rusted (Fridge especially).
