The condo is furnished very nicely. We took advantage of both the pool and beach. There is an access code to get to the pool from the beach that we weren’t provided but found out from other renters. We were able to work out parking for all three vehicles which was greatly appreciated. We were also able to coordinate an early check in. Every thing was provided as advertised. The only negative was the $3000 requested security deposit which was much higher than any other VRBO rental we have had. We opted to purchase insurance which we typically do not do. This condo is great! It is stocked with everything you could possibly wantS. There is really no need to bring anything except your beach towel. The kitchen was AMAZING. Plenty of dishes, bowls, ect., mixer, blender, can opener. Condo is very spacious! We LOVED, LOVED, the balcony. We could all sit out there at the same time with ample room! There were 7 of us. The pool and hot tub were okay. They were clean and nice just nothing extra fancy. The MasterBathroom, wholey cow! The shower and tub! Condo even had beach chairs and extra blankets. The negatives the shower door was broke while we were there , and the refrigerator leaked. They responded as soon as I told them and was willing to come right away if we wanted. We were fine with waiting until wile left was nothing major:). I would highly recommend this place. ##### Wendy H. Pictures and description of condo deceiving. No pool and hot available during our 2 week stay. Damage done to our car by construction workers. Cockroaches in our condo . Construction from5:30am until 6 pm every day except Sundays . Repairman at condo 3 days to fix broken dryer. A second parking pass was available for $63 for 4 nights. My son with an infant, who arrived last, was in a third car. They had to park their car 2 miles away. I spoke to property managers and requested another parking pass, for pay, of course. It was denied. Every night we walked around the parking area and there were several parking spots unused. I spoke to the manager again to ask if a special consideration would be allowed since there were spots available and was again denied. Had I known when I reserved the condo, that only one parking spot came with the 4 bedroom condo, I would NOT have rented it. I have never had this problem before for the last 20 years of visiting Gulf Shores. A very frustrating experience! ##### Marcia P. The balcony was wonderful! it was the perfect condo for our family trip! Ages 17 to 89 all had a wonderful time. Close to the water, and not far from the state park pier for fishing. The condo was very clean and spacious. I would suggest a rocking chair to help those with babies. My 3 month old loves rocking to sleep so without a rocking chair, it was a little more difficult but we managed. The code to the door was turned off the day we checked out BEFORE our check out time. Thankfully, someone was in the condo to let my dad in after he packed the vehicle. King bed in back bedroom was squeaky. Construction going on next door could be heard throughout the day but wasn’t too disturbing. ##### Natalie H.
