The pool area was always clean but many things could use updating in the condo itself, grilling area etc. The maintenance staff could check light bulbs and batteries ( which needed replacement) The trim work in bathroom was crumbling- that being said the furniture was comfortable as were the beds. The kitchen was functional and had plenty of pans but scarce on glasses and items like measuring cups. Maybe a dust pan to go with the broom would help people tidy up. The condo was nice with a good view. Not for handicapped with mobility issues, especially getting in the bathtubs.
