The location is great, easy walk to beach access. My only complaint would be that there was no vaccuum provided and with the primary eating area being carpeted, this posed an issue. It felt very dirty during stay and i had no way of doing anything about it. There was also some dead bugs when we first arrived which is normal being nexr to water but again i had no way to clean the floors. Maybe bring a vacuum if thats something you dont want to deal with.
