We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. We really enjoyed our time at this property. Everything was clean and communication from property management was great. Our children had plenty of space and nap times for our toddler didn’t leave anyone out; sitting on the balcony made it easy to enjoy the beach! It's always nice to go to a rental and things to go as planned. This rental has a spectacular view. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked, king beds were comfy. The only negative thing I i have to say is the bottom bunk bed was not a good mattress. Hopefully they will change this. But overall we loved it! Can't wait to stay again! ##### AMANDA D. This property exceeded our expectations! There were 9 of us and plenty of room for our large group. The photo's on the listing arent updated, and thats a shame because it was even better in person with a large sectional that was so comfortable and beautiful patio furniture. It being a corner condo was awesome, and made the balcony view awesome. I will say check in time was rough, so if you wait 1-2 hours after check in time it might be better. It was very packed, no where to park, and when you do find parking (mainly the unloading 30 min spots) people park behind you and block you in. This happened to multiple people. And you'll be waiting for the elevators for 15 min or longer. Other than that, the rest of the time was amazing. Walking distance to surf shops, The Hangout (which is a must) and even if we drove due to the heat there was ice cream shops, etc all within a couple minutes drive. When we go again we will definitely be booking this condo. ##### Lacey Y. I was not told until two days before we were supposed to arrive that we would have to park across the street. I was traveling with my an 84 & 85 parents. There was no handicap accessible options for us on the property. We also didn’t have great access to the beach. It was very cold while we were there and We had no heat in the unit for the first 3 days. We had to have service twice for the heat before it was resolved. There was a 2 inch opening under the front door which didn’t help the heat situation. I also notified them that water was coming in the windows in the front bedroom. I told them I would take care of it and they could fix it after we left. Someone came into the condo without letting us know they were coming and walked in on my father sleeping. It startled him and made him very nervous. That should have never happened! We were told by the management company that they would see about a possible reduction in rate do to all of our issues and we never heard a thing... I would never stay or recommend this property to anyone again. ##### Kathleen N. Everything went great, until we were leaving and the lock code changed about 9:15, I was out on the balcony and my husband could not get back in because the the code did not work. There was clear communication about check in procedures and any questions we had were answered quickly. The condo was beautiful and comfortable with easy access to the beach and close to restaurants.
